Partial Wedding Planning
Partial wedding planning is ideal for those who need help making their design vision feel cohesive—plus trusted expertise on budget and contract review. You’ll manage your RSVPs, secure your vendors (with recommendations from us), and track payments on your own—while we step in to shore up design and smooth out logistics.

Rehearsal dinner, welcome dinner, and—most importantly—the after party. We’re here for it all. We’ll create a cohesive, inspired wedding weekend—with full design and production services for all of your additional events. When what you’re after goes far beyond a single evening, this one is yours.

After your initial inquiry, we’ll set up a time to chat. We’ll get to know each other and begin to hear all about that dream wedding weekend you’re envisioning.

Make it official
We’ll send over a wedding planning proposal that’s completely customized to suit your needs. You’ll sign your contract and pay a deposit to secure your spot on our calendar (champagne pops come promptly after).

Deep dive
We’ll have a discovery meeting to dive deeper into your style, preferences, and personality. Then—within one month of you signing your contract—we share honed design concepts and narrow down the best vendors who will bring it all to life.

Details and design
From the start of your signed contract, you’ll join us for regular meetings to cover to-dos, logistics, and creative ideas (occurring every 4 weeks for full-service clients and every 6 weeks for partial-planning clients). We keep our meetings productive and casual. And we always present you with a few incredibly well-suited options for your distinct vision—rather than inundating you with ideas. Throughout this time, we’ll also have external meetings with all of your vendors, along with venue site visits.

We are based in Maryland and serve all of Maryland, Virginia, and DC—with select projects in the Carolinas, New England, and Florida. A good majority of our clients are planning weddings on the Eastern Shore (Annapolis, Easton, St Michaels), while living in NYC, Boston, Chicago, or Philly.

We love classic designs (think: garden prep)—freshened up a bit with well-done edge (like a gravity-defying floral install that feels just the right amount of ‘undone’). We’re especially known for our private estate weddings, garden-esque tented weddings, and our knack for layering patterns and textures in a purposeful way.

Lauren is who you’ll work with throughout the process. But we would be nothing without our amazing associate wedding planners who assist in the days leading up to and during your wedding weekend. Our team of associate planners are the reason we can simultaneously set up your silent disco after-party and keep your reception toasts running smoothly.

Full service wedding planning begins at $12,000—while partial planning begins at $10,000. We’ll build you a custom proposal based on our initial call that takes into account your venue, vision, budget, and location (plus any additional wedding-weekend events you need assistance with). The typical LCE couple spends $20,000 on wedding planning services for a full weekend of events on the Eastern Shore.

After your initial inquiry, we’ll hop on a discovery call, get started on design concepts, build a stellar vendor team, and then dig deeper into the finer details of planning as we lead up to your wedding day.
